Spring into Summer with these tasty new ways to top your Home Run Inn frozen pizza

Cobb Salad Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 cup diced grilled Chicken
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ½ cup diced avocado
  • ½ cup of blue cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Begin with Ultra Thin Cheese Home Run Inn pizza.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 and bake for 8-10 minutes. You can also try to grill your pizza! 
  3. While pizza is cooking, mix the spinach, cooked chicken, tomatoes, and red onion with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil, salt and pepper
  4. Once pizza is cooked, remove and place the spinach, grilled chicken, red onion, tomatoes, bacon and avocado on top of the cooked pizza.
  5. Sprinkle with blue cheese and enjoy!

 

Spring Prosciutto Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 2tsp - Olive Oil
  • 4oz – Asparagus, bottoms trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ¼tsp - Salt
  • 3oz – Frozen peas, thawed
  • ½tsp – Lemon zest
  • 1tsp – Lemon juice
  • 6 Slices – Prosciutto
  • ¼Cup – Shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1Tbl – Extra virgin olive oil (or truffle oil)
  • Cracked black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Begin with Ultra Thin Cheese Home Run Inn pizza.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 and bake for 8-10 minutes. You can also grill your pizza! 
  3. While the pizza is baking, heat 2tsp olive oil in a skillet on high heat.
  4. Add cut asparagus and salt and cook, stirring occasionally until the asparagus begins to brown.
  5. Add peas and cook for 30 seconds longer. Turn off heat.
  6. Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
  7. Distribute asparagus and peas on top of cooked pizza, then drape prosciutto slices over.
  8. Top with shaved parmesan, drizzle with olive oil (or truffle oil for extra decadence), cracked black pepper to taste, cut and enjoy!
