Spring into Summer with these tasty new ways to top your Home Run Inn frozen pizza!
Cobb Salad Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup diced grilled Chicken
- 2 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- ½ cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 1 cup of spinach
- ½ cup diced avocado
- ½ cup of blue cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Begin with Ultra Thin Cheese Home Run Inn pizza.
- Preheat oven to 450 and bake for 8-10 minutes. You can also try to grill your pizza!
- While pizza is cooking, mix the spinach, cooked chicken, tomatoes, and red onion with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil, salt and pepper
- Once pizza is cooked, remove and place the spinach, grilled chicken, red onion, tomatoes, bacon and avocado on top of the cooked pizza.
- Sprinkle with blue cheese and enjoy!
Spring Prosciutto Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- 2tsp - Olive Oil
- 4oz – Asparagus, bottoms trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ¼tsp - Salt
- 3oz – Frozen peas, thawed
- ½tsp – Lemon zest
- 1tsp – Lemon juice
- 6 Slices – Prosciutto
- ¼Cup – Shaved parmesan cheese
- 1Tbl – Extra virgin olive oil (or truffle oil)
- Cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Begin with Ultra Thin Cheese Home Run Inn pizza.
- Preheat oven to 450 and bake for 8-10 minutes. You can also grill your pizza!
- While the pizza is baking, heat 2tsp olive oil in a skillet on high heat.
- Add cut asparagus and salt and cook, stirring occasionally until the asparagus begins to brown.
- Add peas and cook for 30 seconds longer. Turn off heat.
- Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
- Distribute asparagus and peas on top of cooked pizza, then drape prosciutto slices over.
- Top with shaved parmesan, drizzle with olive oil (or truffle oil for extra decadence), cracked black pepper to taste, cut and enjoy!
